Programs

Faith and Education Collaborative

With the support and participation of members of the Gertrude Marshall Society, representatives of faith communities and the educational establishments of central Missouri build a culture of peace in Columbia and Missouri. One of the fruits of these efforts is the Listening Circle Program, which meets periodically to seek an understanding and appreciation of participants' beliefs and perspectives by listening carefully and non-judgmentally to ideas and feelings on sensitive and controversial topics.

Peace Perspectives Lectures

This annual lecture brings speakers of recognized leadership in the area of peace studies. Noam Chomsky presented the 2006 Peace Perspectives Lecture.
