Peace Studies Scholarships
Charles L. Atkins Peace Studies Scholarship
To provide one annual scholarship to students who are majors in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis in Peace Studies in the College of Arts and Science, University of Missouri-Columbia. Selected recipients must have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 (b+).
Purpose: Student Support
Award amount: $500
Application deadline: November 29 (annually)
Award notification deadline: February 1 (annually)
Justin C. Huang Peace Studies Scholarship
One or more annual scholarship awards shall be given to upper-level undergraduate students enrolled in the College of Arts and Science, University of Missouri-Columbia, who have a declared major in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis in Peace Studies or International Studies with an emphasis in Peace Studies. Recipients must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 (b+) or above and have demonstrated active involvement and leadership in promoting the peaceful resolution of conflicts.

Peace Studies Enhancement Scholarship
To support the work of the Peace Studies Program at MU. Graduate and undergraduate students may apply to this fund to support academic and community discussions around issues related to resolving conflict and achieving peace nationally or internationally. Recipients must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 (b+) or above and have demonstrated active involvement and leadership in promoting the peaceful resolution of conflicts.

Helen M. Mehr Peace Studies Scholarship
To provide one annual scholarship to students who are majors in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis in Peace Studies in the College of Arts and Science, University of Missouri-Columbia. Selected recipients must have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 (b+).
